FEATURES: The Ann Sothern show was one of my favorite Nick at Nite reruns, back in the days. I'd forgotten the name, just remembered the main character was Katy, and the theme song began "K-K-K-Katy --," so I thought maybe that was the name of the show. Happily, I've figured it out. This dress reminds me of Katy - smart, stylish and sassy assistant to the manager of a swanky New York City hotel.

This dress has a back metal zipper, a tie belt and a kick pleat in back - the perfect working girl's dress. If you want to be a vintage fashion purist, then hop on over to Brabarella for the girdle that Ann would have worn underneath.
