RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
For returns, we have a 20 day money back guarantee (from the time of receipt).
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, call or email us (email@example.com) to say that wish to return it and we’ll assign you an authorization number.
Do not return without first contacting us in order to avoid a 20% restocking fee.
All returned orders totaling $75.00 or more will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
It will usually be waived for returning customers, and DOES NOT apply to SINGLE ITEMS costing over this amount.
All items must have original tags still attached along with the box they came in (if they had a box).
In other words, don’t take the tags off until you’re sure you’re keeping it.
Bottoms should be tried on over briefs or pantyhose.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in it’s original condition.
Shipping/handling charges (including the actual shipping charges for for orders over $30.00) are not refundable,
although we usually waive this policy for lightweight domestic orders. These actual shipping charges are deducted from the return amount.
For exchanges, there are no restocking fees charged. In this case, while we do not reimburse for postage on the returned order, there are no further shipping charges on the replacement order.
Hosiery is not returnable. However, if you order more than one pair, try one pair on. if you aren’t satisfied with it,
you can return the other unopened packages.
